SM celebrities uses a fanclub service called Lysn. In that app there's Star Chatting which allows a limited amount of people to apply for chatting with the celebrities.
As of now Chanyeol, Kai, Suho and Baekhyun have participated in Star Chatting. The peculiar thing is that whatever personal(?) items they showed fans during the chat were all sold out. EXO-L is a nation of sharing (information). Because even those who did not participate in the chat were able to see / know about it so many Eris bought the same items that the members shared. And whenever that happens, EXO would start panicking.
