It's the same for other groups, the leader is the mediator between the company and the members. Because of that, it is sometimes a difficult position to be in. Even then, he has always been doing his best in being the centre (of the group), as an EXO fan i am really thankful for that!

In our minds we always think a leader is the one who does group greetings, check that all the members are around and give thank you speeches, but in reality the job of a leader is much more than that. It is a difficult position, there are age difference in the group but he still maintained the harmony well. I do not have to see the things he does behind the scenes to tell that he is a good leader.
